JVMail is a free, open source command line SMTP email sending client. JVMail is written using the multi platform Java programming language which allows it to be run on any operating system that supports a JVM that is compatible with the Java 2 specification.
Using the JVMail email client it is possible to send email messages from the command line, from within a batch file or script or any computer program that allows the execution of external applications.
JVMail execution can be externally controlled using either command line arguments or through template files or text files. JVMail can also be configured using a graphical console.
